For orders placed before 6pm IST, we endeavour to process your order within the same business day. Orders placed after 6 pm IST will be processed the next business day.

Personalised/Order made items will take more time to process.

During festive seasons, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

You can choose between a refund to your bank or a credit note on the store on the amount you have paid for the respective product.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return or refund of personalised orders won’t be initiated unless in case of the product being damaged.
• An item can be returned within 15 days of receiving the product.
• Damaged products needs to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product in order to get a full refund or replacement.
• In the case of a return for an item/product on sale, the amount paid by the customer/buyer will be the amount refunded or added to the credit note and not the original/undiscounted amount of the product.
